Platform Commons Foundation

Platform Commons Foundation is based in JP Nagar 6th Phase. We are located in the HM Tambourine apartments on Kanakapura Road, Bangalore 560078. Our unit number is R904. Kanakapura Road is one of those main arteries in the city that is always full of traffic and construction. Being up in R904 gives us a bit of distance from the noise of the street, though you can still hear the honking if the windows are open. The apartment complex is quite large, and there is a lot of security to go through to get in. We use the space as our main hub for the foundation. It is a mix of a living space and an office, which is how a lot of these smaller foundations start out. We have our computers set up and a table where we can sit and talk about what needs to be done. It is not a formal environment. Usually, someone is making tea or there is a pile of mail that needs to be sorted. JP Nagar 6th Phase is a nice area, quite green compared to other parts of Bangalore. We like being situated here because it feels central enough but also like a proper residential neighborhood. The 560078 pincode area has everything we need nearby. We spend our days typing, making calls, and planning. It is a quiet, steady kind of work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just need a solid place to stay productive for the long haul.
