Plata Theory Private Limited

Our business, Plata Theory Private Limited, is based in the Skandashri building. We are located on the 11th Cross in the 7th Block West of Jayanagar. Jayanagar is a great neighborhood, full of trees and parks, and the 7th Block is a particularly nice area to be in. Our office is a modest space within the building. It’s mostly just a few of us and our computers. We don't have any of the fancy perks you might find in a big corporate office. There’s no gym or catering, just a small corner with a kettle and some biscuits. The 11th cross is usually pretty quiet, which makes it a good place to concentrate on our work without too much distraction. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve grown fond of the local routine. You get to know the people who work in the neighboring offices and the folks at the nearby shops. It’s a very human way to work. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just come in, handle our responsibilities, and try to do a decent job. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed. We aren't worried about corporate hierarchies or making a big impression. We just like having a steady place to work in a neighborhood that still feels like part of the old Bengaluru. It’s home for our business.
