Pivot Pipers Coaching & Consulting Llp

We operate out of the BDA MIG Flats in Domlur, right near the edge of Indiranagar. Pivot Pipers is basically a small team of us working from a flat, number F 23/138. It’s a bit of a mix between a home and an office, which is how we like to work. We do coaching and consulting, which mostly means we spend our whole day talking to people and trying to help them figure out their work problems. The area is actually quite nice, with a lot of old trees around the flats that give some shade during the hot afternoons. It’s not like those big corporate glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal and less stiff. You might hear a dog barking outside or someone's television through the walls while we're in the middle of a meeting. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby with magazines. If you come by, one of us will just walk over and open the door. We’ve lived in Bangalore for a long time, and we've seen how much the city has changed over the years. This little spot in Domlur is our home base. We keep our notes on old whiteboards and drink way too much chai from the stall downstairs. It's practical, everyday work. We don't use big words just to sound important. We just listen and talk to whoever needs a hand.
