Pioneis Developers Private Limited is based right in BTM 2nd Stage over in Bangalore. We are tucked away in Roopanagar, specifically at No. 31 on 3rd A Cross. It’s right off the main Bannerghatta Road area, so the traffic can be a real headache most afternoons. Our spot is in Rashtrakavi Kuvempu Nagara, which is a busy little pocket of the city. We’ve been focusing on development work around here for a bit. It’s mostly just sitting at the desks and figuring out where the next project is going to go. Bangalore is always growing, so there is usually something to do. We aren’t some big corporate tower with a lobby; it’s just a normal office where we get things done. Some days are just spent on the phone talking to contractors or checking on site progress. We have a few people who handle the site visits and others who stay here to deal with the documentation. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words for what we do. We build stuff and we sell it, or we find land that looks like it could be something one day. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
