Pegacorn Infraprojects Private Limited is located at 198 on CMH Road in Indiranagar. We are situated on the 2nd floor of the building. CMH Road is one of the busiest streets in this part of town, with the metro running right above it. It’s always full of people, cars, and shops. Our office is right in the thick of it. Being on the 2nd floor gives us a bit of distance from the sidewalk, but the energy of the street still reaches us. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of cabinets for our drawings and documents. There is no central air conditioning, so we rely on the ceiling fans and the windows when it’s not too dusty outside. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just focus on the infrastructure projects we have on hand. Most days are spent coordinating with contractors and checking schedules. It can get a bit loud during peak traffic hours, but we’ve learned to work through it. Indiranagar is a convenient place for an office because there are so many banks and service providers nearby. We usually have lunch at one of the small darshinis on the side streets. It’s a very hands-on environment. Pegacorn Infraprojects Private Limited isn't about looking polished; it's about getting the actual work done from this small office on CMH Road.
