You can find us at Mantri Espana, in unit G 902. It’s located in the Sarjapur area, specifically near Outer Bellandur. That part of Bangalore is always moving. There’s construction everywhere and the roads are usually packed with people heading to work. Being inside the Mantri Espana complex gives us a bit of a breather from the chaos outside. We’ve been focused on estates and land around here for quite a while. Our office is just a regular workspace where we handle the day-to-day tasks of running a property company. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We talk to people, we check on properties, and we try to get the paperwork right. It sounds simple, but it takes up all of our time. The team is just a few of us who have lived in Bangalore for years. We’ve seen Sarjapur grow from almost nothing into what it is today. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy brochures. Most of what we do is based on what we see happening on the ground every day.
