Our business is spread across two spots, number 12 and 25, on the 1st Main of the 3rd Cross in Doddanakundi. We’re right in the Marathahalli area of Bangalore, which is usually buzzing with people and traffic. At Patel Eat Culture Foods, we spend our time making and packing different types of food products. It is a bit of a juggle having two different units on the same street, but we make it work by moving between them throughout the day. The 560037 neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there is always something going on. We start early because the food needs to be prepared fresh. You’ll usually hear the sound of machinery or people moving crates if you walk by in the morning. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished office. It’s mostly just a kitchen and production environment. We focus on the daily grind of making food that people want to eat. Sometimes things get messy, as they do when you’re cooking on a large scale, but we keep on top of it. It’s a lot of manual work and standing on our feet. We aren't a big corporation; we are just a local LLP trying to do right by our customers. Most of our day is spent making sure the batches are consistent and the deliveries are ready.
