We are quite close to the East West College Institute of Bangalore, so there are always students and faculty moving around the area. It makes the neighborhood feel pretty lively. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle the day-to-day business of building and developing properties. We don’t really go in for the polished corporate look because we spend more time looking at site plans and dealing with local vendors than we do sitting in meetings. The 1st Phase of Bharat Nagar is a good spot for us, and being near the college helps people find us easily enough. Sometimes the roads around the 15th Cross get a bit cramped when classes let out, but that is just part of living in this city. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bangalore, just a reliable one that gets the projects finished. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on progress across different sites. It can be a bit stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage to keep things moving.
