Parnika Food And Beverages Private Limited is basically run out of Villa-31 in the Prestige Lake complex. If you know Gunjur or the Varthur Main Road area, you know how much it has changed lately. There’s a lot of building going on. We work from here because it’s convenient and keeps our overhead low. We don't have a storefront on the main road. Instead, we do everything from the villa. It's a bit of a mix of living and working, which is how we like it. The kitchen area is usually busy, and there’s always something being moved around. We focus a lot on the local Bangalore North area. Being tucked away in a residential complex means we don't get walk-in traffic, but we stay busy with our orders. We aren't some big factory. It’s a small group of people who actually care about what we are making. Sometimes the guards at the gate get confused with the number of deliveries we have, but they know us well by now. We spend our mornings checking the supplies and the afternoons getting things ready for the next day. Varthur Main Road can get really jammed up, so we have to plan our timings carefully. It’s a real grassroots kind of business. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make food and drinks and try to do it right from our home base here.
