Our place is located out in Marasandra Village, which is part of Uttarahalli Hobli. We are set up at numbers 19 and 20, near the Subramanaya Dhakale area. Working in construction means we spend a lot of time on site, but this is where we do all our planning and administrative stuff. It’s a quiet enough spot in 560061, though Bangalore is growing fast around us. PANCHADASHI CONSTRUCTIONS LLP has been around for a bit, mostly dealing with the practical side of building things. We have our hands full with different projects across the area. It’s mostly about getting the materials on time and making sure the crew knows what to do each morning. We don’t go for anything too flashy. The office is just a regular spot where we keep our files and meet with contractors. Sometimes the commute into the city takes a while, but being based in Marasandra works for us because we can get to our sites easily. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up around here lately. Every day is different, honestly. One day it’s about fixing a supply issue, and the next we’re looking at new site layouts. We just try to do a decent job and keep the projects on track without too much fuss. That’s how we’ve always handled things here. It’s just us doing the work we know how to do. We usually have tea together in the afternoon to talk over what needs finishing.
