Palm Tropica Projects Llp

We are based out of The Hub, which is over near Ambalipura on Sarjapur Main Road. It’s a busy part of Bellandur, so there is always something going on outside our doors. Palm Tropica Projects Llp is the name on our door at units 8/2 and 9. We spend most of our hours trying to coordinate different construction jobs around this part of the city. The traffic on Sarjapur Road can be a real headache, so we try to get our site visits done early in the morning. Our office is where the planning happens. It’s usually full of samples of tiles, paint swatches, and rolls of architectural drawings. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We are a small team and everyone does a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at accounts, and the next I’m at a site arguing about a delivery of steel. It is just the way things go when you are running a developer business. We know the Bellandur area well and have seen it transform over the years. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find out about us because they saw one of our signs at a site. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure each project gets finished without too many hiccups along the way.
