Padakasti Consultancy Services Private Limited is located over in Banashankari 3rd Stage. We are at No. 45, on the second floor of a building in the 7th Block. It is a residential-style neighborhood, so it feels quite calm compared to the more central parts of the city. We moved into this office on 7th Main a while back. It is a good spot for us because it is not too loud during the day. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our computers going through data and reports. We aren't the kind of company that has a lot of flash or expensive decor. Our office is functional. There is a small pantry where we make coffee or tea. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and help other businesses with their back-end stuff. It is a lot of spreadsheets and reading through regulations. The team is local, most of us live within a few kilometers. We walk or take the bus to get here. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit moody, so we just take the stairs instead. It keeps us fit, I guess. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just talk to each other and get the work done. It is a very hands-on way of working. We deal with whatever comes up during the day. It is just how we operate. Most days we are done by six and head home.
