We are Paaramparika Ruchi Llp, and you can find our place at number 88. We’re located at The Tamarind Tree in JP Nagar 9th Phase, out in the Avalahalli area. It’s a bit on the outskirts of Bangalore, but it’s a really nice and green spot to work in. We focus on traditional tastes and various food items. The name itself kind of explains what we are all about. We don't spend our money on fancy advertisements or expensive consultants. We just spend our time in the kitchen area or handling the orders that come through our desk. Being near The Tamarind Tree gives our location a bit of a different feel compared to the busy city center. It’s a lot quieter and there’s more space to breathe. Our staff is mostly local people from nearby who understand the kind of food we’re making. We don't use any of that corporate talk here because it just doesn't fit us. We just want the food to taste the way it’s supposed to. Some days we’re extremely busy with big orders, and other days it’s just us prepping and cleaning for the week ahead. It’s a lot of hard work and staying on your feet for hours. We’ve been here in Karnataka for a while now, and we’re just happy to keep doing what we’re doing. No big promises, just real people making food in a nice part of Bangalore.
