Our office is located in K.T. Apartment, which is at number 64 on the 10th Main Road in Malleswaram. This part of Bangalore still has a bit of that old charm, but the traffic on the 10th Main can be quite a mess sometimes. We aren’t in a big glass building. We just use a few rooms in the apartment to manage our development work. It’s a busy place with a lot of shops nearby, so there is always some noise from the street. We spend our mornings looking over site plans and answering emails from contractors. Development work involves a lot of back-and-forth with different people, and it isn’t always smooth. Sometimes there are issues with the building permits or the materials don't show up on time. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People who come to see us usually just sit in the small area we have set up with a couple of chairs. We go out for coffee at the local stalls nearby because it is easier than making it ourselves. The office has a lot of files stacked up, and sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We don't bother with big ads or promotional talk. We just focus on the buildings we are working on and try to make sure everything is going according to the plan. Sometimes we stay late when the deadlines are close.
