We are over at Villa No.44 in the Gran Carmen complex, which is right by the Kodathi Gate on Sarjapura Main Road. It is in the Ambedkar Nagar area of Bangalore. Being in a villa is a bit different than being in a big glass office building in the city center. It’s a bit quieter here, which helps us focus on what we are doing. We’ve set up our office inside the villa and it has plenty of room for the whole team to sit together. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It is a very low-key operation. Sarjapura Main Road is always busy with traffic and new buildings going up, but once you get inside the gate, things slow down a bit. We spend our hours here working on whatever tasks are on the list for Orangeperks. We don't have fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just come in, have our coffee, and start working. It’s a very practical arrangement. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the Bangalore traffic every single day. We like the fact that our workspace feels more like a home than a sterile office. It makes the day go by a bit easier. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay productive in our own way.
