Onmark Digisolutions Private Limited

Onmark Digisolutions is tucked away in the Pai Layout area of Mahadevapura. Our office is at SLC BRR Elegance, unit 002. It is on 1st A Crossroad. It isn't a huge glass building like the ones you see in the tech parks nearby. We are just on the ground floor, which makes it easy to pop in and out. Mahadevapura can be a bit of a mess with all the construction and traffic, but our little corner stays fairly calm. We spend our time working on digital projects. Usually, that means a lot of typing and checking codes. We started this private limited company because we wanted to do things our own way. There isn't any fancy jargon used in our meetings. We just talk about what needs to be finished and who is doing what. Sometimes we have lunch together at one of the small shops nearby on Second Main. It’s a very local feel. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in Bangalore. We just want to do our job well enough that people come back. The office has a few chairs, some decent desks, and a lot of cables everywhere. It looks like a place where people actually work. We like that it’s not too polished. It feels real to us. We don't have a human resources department or anything fancy. If there's a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it's sorted out.
