We are Ohm Developers Private Limited. Our office is located in Bbmp Ward No. 81, at No. 1/A on Ulsoor Road. The pin code here is 560042. Being on Ulsoor Road means we are right in the thick of things in Bangalore. It is a very busy area, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out and about. The building at 1/A is where we spend most of our time. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees, just a local group trying to make things work in the development sector. The office is tucked into the ward, and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers recognize us. Ulsoor is an old part of the city with a lot of character, and we like that about our location. Sometimes finding parking on Ulsoor Road is a real headache, so we usually tell people to plan for that. We deal with various property and development tasks throughout the week. It’s mostly sitting at desks, making calls, and looking at site maps. We don’t do much in the way of big advertisements or fancy displays. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the name on the door. It’s a busy life here in Ward 81, but we enjoy being part of the Bangalore landscape. It feels good to be working in such a central part of the city.
