Nurturing Young Minds Academy Private

You can find us over on Palace Cross Road, at No. 12/1. It’s an old part of Bangalore and the atmosphere around here is quite nice with the trees and the older buildings. We share the space with P.S. Suresh’s office. Our focus is really on the younger kids and helping them get a good start with their studies. It isn't a massive school with a giant playground, but more of a focused academy setup. We do a lot of small group work. The rooms are usually filled with books and papers. We see a lot of parents coming in after work to pick up their children or ask about how they are doing in their lessons. Bangalore traffic makes it hard for some people to get here, but once they do, it’s a calm environment. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. We keep the daily schedule pretty simple. There is a lot of reading and basic math happening most afternoons. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes with kids. We’ve been in this location for a bit now and it feels like home. It’s just us trying to help some students get their basics right before they move on to bigger schools. It is a lot of work but it feels right.
