We’re set up in Prestige Shantiniketan, specifically at unit 15171. It’s a big place right on the ITPL Main Road in Mahadevpura. If you know Whitefield, you know how busy this stretch of road gets. Being inside the Shantiniketan complex makes things a bit more manageable once you get past the security gates. We run a career-focused LLP from here. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their jobs and where they want to go next. The office is small but it fits what we need. We have a couple of computers and a place for people to sit and talk. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just try to give some honest advice based on what we’ve seen in the job market. Living and working in Whitefield means we’re surrounded by tech companies, so we see a lot of people looking for a change. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the industry. Sometimes the elevators in these big blocks take forever, but that’s just part of working here. We keep our schedules pretty flexible. It’s a practical business, helping people figure out their resumes or what skills they might be missing. We’re not trying to be the biggest agency out there. We’re just here in our corner of Mahadevpura, helping out one person at a time.
