You can find us at D1 0008 in the South City complex. We’re located in Arekere Mico Layout, just off Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore South. It’s a pretty well-known residential area, so once you’re inside the gates, it’s not too hard to spot our block. We’re a foundation focused on dance and culture. The space we use is part of the layout, so it feels very much like a community thing. We aren't a big corporate office; it’s more about the movement and the practice that happens within these walls. Sometimes you can hear the music from the hallway. We’ve been here for some time now, just doing our daily routines and teaching whoever is interested. Bannerghatta Road is always packed with traffic, so being tucked away in South City is a relief. It gives us a bit of peace to focus. The floors are kept clean for the dancers and we have some basic sound equipment. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a group of people who care about dance and want to keep these traditions going in our corner of the city. We’re usually around in the evenings when most people have time to come by. It’s a practical, lived-in space where we just do what we love without a lot of fuss. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood for us now.
