We are set up on the ground floor of number 16 on K Muniswamppa Cross Road in R S Palya. It’s a smaller street, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We deal in medical supplies, so our space is mostly filled with boxes and shelving. If you walk in, you’ll likely see one of us counting stock or packing up an order for delivery. We started this because we knew a bit about the supply side of healthcare. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just moving boxes and handling invoices. We know most of the delivery drivers who come by every afternoon. The office part is just a couple of desks shoved in the corner. We try to keep things tidy, but when a big shipment comes in, the whole floor gets covered in bubble wrap and tape. It’s just how it goes. We don’t have a big corporate team or anyone to handle public relations. If you call, you’ll just talk to whoever is closest to the phone. We like being in R S Palya; it feels like a real neighborhood where people know each other. Most of our day is spent making sure we haven't run out of the basics that our customers need. It’s a steady rhythm of ordering and shipping. We don’t make things complicated. We just do the work and go home to our families.
