Our office is located right behind Ecoworld Techpark on the Doddakannelli-Bellandur Road. If you know the area, you know how much the traffic can pile up around here, especially when shifts are changing at the tech parks. We’re in SY No.138-3 in Doddakannelli Village. It’s an interesting spot because you’ve got these massive glass buildings on one side and then more traditional village roads on the other. We’ve been working out of here for some time now. Most days are spent talking to people about land and houses in this part of Bangalore South. It’s a fast-moving area, that’s for sure. We see new apartments popping up almost every month. It’s hard to keep up sometimes. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just us, some desks, and a lot of folders. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby, but we don't mind much. We’re usually out on the field anyway, looking at sites or meeting people at coffee shops near Bellandur. It’s a practical place to be if you’re doing real estate in this corner of the city. We know the shortcuts through the back lanes to avoid the main road jams, which helps. It’s just a regular local business, nothing too complicated. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and keep things moving without making a big fuss about it.
