Our spot is in Malleshwaram, right on 1st Temple Road. It's actually No 42/95 and we are sitting right next to the BJP office, so it’s pretty easy to find if you know the area. Malleshwaram has that old Bangalore feel that we really like. We spend our time working out of this space on 11th Cross, trying to get the food orders out. It’s not a massive factory or anything, just a practical setup where we can work. We don't have a fancy marketing team or a social media manager. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone and another one of us handling the kitchen. The street outside is usually busy with people walking to the temples or the shops nearby. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the neighborhood. Sometimes the 1st Temple Road gets really packed, especially during festivals. We just keep doing our work, making sure the food is ready when it needs to be. It’s a bit tight in the office sometimes, with all the boxes and equipment around, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job well and stay in this part of town. It’s a good place to be, and we're happy to be part of the local scene here, just doing our thing day by day.
