You can find us at No. 25 in Chakravarthy Layout, which is just off Palace Cross Road in Seshadripuram. It’s a decent area of Bangalore, and our office is where we handle the property side of the business. We aren't the type of place with a lobby full of marble and fountains. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of maps of the local layouts. We spend a lot of time talking to people about land and buildings, trying to figure out where the next project makes sense. Seshadripuram is a busy spot, and there is always something happening outside our window. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we know about the properties and the current market. Sometimes it’s busy and we’re all running around, and other times it’s just us sitting with a cup of tea waiting for a client to show up. We deal with the paperwork and the legal bits that come with property, which can be a real headache, but it’s part of the job. We've been at this Chakravarthy Layout location for some time now. We know the neighborhood well and like being part of the local scene here. It’s a practical business run by people who actually live and work in the city, and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible. We don't overcomplicate things, we just try to help people find the right space in the city. Our door is usually open if someone wants to talk.
