Nongin Textile (Opc) Private Limited is basically a small operation we run from this spot. The layout is a bit of a mix of houses and small businesses. We don't have a massive warehouse, so we have to be very careful about how we store our textiles. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets to track where everything is going. It's a one-person-company setup technically, but there’s always someone helping out or a delivery person dropping something off. There aren't any fancy chairs or high-tech screens, just what we need to get the textiles moved. Karnataka has a long history with cloth, and we're just a small part of that here in N S Halli. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong with a shipment, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a local business through and through, sitting right here in the layout among the other shops and homes. It's just how we work every day.
