Nityanand Malekar & Co. is run out of a space in Chandra Layout. We are located at C/o. Mahadevayya, # 1632, 14th Cross. This is in Bangalore 560072. We are a small chartered accountancy practice, and we’ve been at this for some time. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep our files and do our auditing work. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a big staff or a polished corporate image. We just handle the taxes and the bookkeeping for the folks who come to us. 14th Cross is a busy little street, and we are right in the middle of it. Our days are filled with numbers, government portals, and stacks of paper. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when the deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it. We don’t use any fancy management techniques; we just work hard until the job is done. The office has a lived-in feel, with tea stains on the coasters and cabinets that have been there since we started. People in Chandra Layout know us as a place where they can get their accounts looked at without any fuss. We don't do any self-promotion or advertising. We just wait for the phone to ring or for someone to knock on the door with a bag of receipts.
