Our office for Nithya Bhoomi Builders And Developersprivate Limited is located at No.593 in MCECHS Layout. We are up on the 3rd floor. This is part of Dr Shivaram Karanth Nagar in Bangalore, which is a bit of a mouthful to say but it’s a good area. We spend our days dealing with the building and development world. It’s a mix of sitting in the office on 11th Cross and going out to look at various plots and construction sites. We started this because we knew the building trade and wanted to do things our own way. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. The office is just a place where we keep our files and meet with people. We have a lot of stuff piled up, like blueprints and site reports. Managing a building company in a city like Bangalore means you’re always dealing with traffic and delays. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Some weeks are slower when we are waiting on materials, and other weeks are completely hectic. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just build things and develop land. It’s pretty basic. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have seen our signs around the layout. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we plan to stay here for the foreseeable. It's just us doing our daily work.
