NINEELEMENTS BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Nineelements Buildtech Private Limited is our name. We work from J-703, on the 7th floor of Purva Highlands. It’s located in Mallasandra Village, which is along Kanakpura Road in Bangalore 560064. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at paperwork or out at the sites we are managing. We do buildtech work, which is basically construction and technical planning. The village area has changed a lot since we started. Traffic on Kanakpura Road is a real pain most days, so we try to time our site visits carefully. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a room with some desks, computers, and a lot of folders stacked up. We are a private limited company, so there is always some legal form or another that needs filling out. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy reception area. It’s just us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep going. We are local people who know this part of Bangalore well. Most of our time is spent making sure the building projects are actually moving forward. It’s hard work and it can be stressful when deadlines are tight. We don't talk about being the best because that sounds like a sales pitch. We just do the work that is in front of us.
