Niha Marketing India Private Limited is situated at what used to be called Old No 455. The official address is quite long and a bit confusing with all the Khata numbers like 1016/34/1 and Sy No 34/1, but we are basically in Maruthi Nagar on Kogilu Road. There is a Maruthi temple right nearby, which is the easiest way to find us if you are walking in the area. The building is a simple, older structure tucked away a bit from the main road noise. Inside, it's pretty basic with some metal desks, a few spinning chairs, and a printer that jams every other day. We focus on marketing tasks for different clients. It’s not a high-rise office with a nice view. Mostly, we just see the street and the people visiting the temple from our front window. The area has changed a bit over the last few years, getting much more crowded with shops. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some plastic cups for guests. It’s a place where we just come to work and stay busy. We don't have a big marketing budget for ourselves, so there aren't any flashy signs or fancy lights. Sometimes we have to move boxes of old papers around just to make room for a new person to sit at a desk. It’s a bit tight in here, but it works for what we need to do. Most of us live around this part of Bangalore.
