We operate out of Brigade Metropolis on Whitefield Main Road, specifically in unit E-1706. Nibhandana Human Resources & Consulting is what we call ourselves. Whitefield is a hectic part of Bangalore, as anyone who lives here knows. The traffic on the main road can be a real headache, but once we’re inside our office, things are a bit more manageable. We handle a lot of human resources and consulting tasks. It’s a lot of talking to people and looking at resumes or business plans. We don't have a giant staff; it’s just a handful of us. Our office isn't decorated with fancy art or expensive furniture. It's just a place with desks and chairs and plenty of coffee. We try to be direct and honest with anyone we work with. There’s no point in sugarcoating things. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we know the security guards and the folks in the other offices. It’s a bit of a community within the Brigade Metropolis complex. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the days are long, but that’s how it goes in this industry. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help our clients and keep the lights on. It's practical work for practical people. We don't use scripts when we talk to people; we just say what's on our minds and hope for the best.
