NHD CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Ramanagaram, which is a bit outside the main Bangalore city. Our office is near Ijoor Layout, right behind the Shantheatre. It’s a growing town, famous for its silk and the big rocky hills, and there is a lot of new construction happening here. We are right in the middle of it. Our setup is pretty basic. We have an office where we keep our tools and documents, but we spend most of our time out on the sites. Being in Ramanagaram is different from being in the middle of the city; things move a little slower, but the work is just as hard. We do various building projects, mostly residential stuff for people in the area. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. We just rely on our reputation in the town. If we do a good job on one house, the neighbor usually asks us to help with theirs. That’s how it works for us. The weather here can be quite dry, and the terrain is rocky, which makes digging foundations a bit of a challenge. But we have the right equipment and the crew knows what they are doing. We are just a local construction firm trying to keep busy and do honest work for the people around here. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
