NGS INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED is over at No 7 in the 2nd Stage of Nagarabhavi. We are specifically in the 5th Block area. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here for some time now. Our office is where the planning happens for the various infratech projects we take on. It’s a lot of looking at technical drawings and arguing about timelines over tea. We don't have a big HR department or a polished public relations team. It’s just us here, trying to make sure the work gets done and the workers have what they need at the sites. Nagarabhavi is a growing area, and being in the 2nd Stage puts us in a good position to see how the city is changing. The office is usually a bit messy with site photos and folders everywhere, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people across the city, and the phone doesn't stop ringing once the sun comes up. It’s a practical business for practical people. We don't try to sound like a giant multinational because we aren't one. We are just a local company doing infrastructure work and trying to stay on top of the daily grind. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather stays clear and the projects stay on track. It is mostly about keeping everyone on the same page and managing the materials.
