Nextwave Creators Llp is over at 157, Prasanna Layout in Herohalli. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city centers, but we actually prefer it that way. It’s a quiet, residential neighborhood where people still know their neighbors. Our office is basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a small front yard with a few plants that we try our best to look after. There are no glass walls or polished floors here. It’s just a simple, comfortable place where we can get our work done without too many distractions. The team is made up of a few local people who live nearby. We usually get in early and stay until the work is finished. We don't have a corporate dress code or any of those rigid rules. Most of the time, we’re just in our everyday clothes. Herohalli is a part of town that’s changing fast, but Prasanna Layout still feels very grounded. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and lunch. It saves us a bit of money and it’s just more relaxed. We don't use big words or marketing fluff to describe what we do. We just work hard and try to be honest with everyone we meet. It’s a small, family-like atmosphere at Nextwave. We like the peace and quiet of Herohalli, and we plan on staying here for quite some time.
