Next-Wonder Constructions Private Limited

Next-Wonder Constructions is located over at Gh Nabi Mir’s place in Mirfurrah. It’s a family-run sort of feeling here. My father, Abdulla Mir, started working in this area a long time ago, and we just kept going. We don’t have a big office building in the city center. We work out of the house and the yard where we keep the equipment. It’s simpler that way. We do mostly small to mid-sized construction jobs. If someone needs a wall fixed or a small house put up, they usually come find us. We know almost everyone in Mirfurrah, so news travels by word of mouth mostly. We don’t spend money on flyers or big ads. The work speaks for itself, I suppose. Some days are slow, especially in the winter when the ground is too hard or it’s snowing. We just sit by the stove and plan for the spring. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve got a couple of trucks and the basic tools we need. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just builders who live where we work. If you need to talk to us about a project, you just come by the house. Someone is usually around to offer a cup of tea and listen to what you need. It’s a quiet life, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the family fed. We don't need much more than that to be happy. It is a good way to live.
