We didn’t spend much on making it look like a corporate headquarters because that’s not what we are about. We just need enough space for our desks and a few chairs for when people come by to talk about their chits. Working on Kengeri Main Road, we see the local life moving past our door every single day. We handle the paperwork, keep the accounts updated, and make sure everything is ready for the monthly chit meetings. It’s a lot of administrative work, but we’re used to it. The team here is just a few local people who know the area well. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that; we just focus on the people who walk in through the door. It’s a straightforward business and we keep the atmosphere inside the office quite casual and friendly. Most of our visitors are neighbors or people who work in the surrounding Tavarekere area. It’s a good spot to be for a neighborhood business.
