New Generation Career Solutions Private Limited is based in Anekal. We are on the third floor of the R.C.C Building at Door No. 2. It is on the 2nd Cross in Gowramma Layout. Anekal is a bit far from the main city of Bangalore so it is quieter here. There is no elevator in the building so we walk up the stairs several times a day. Our office is a simple one with some chairs and desks for when people come to visit. We help people with career-related things and finding jobs. It is just a small team of us working here. We don't have a big corporate office or fancy logos everywhere. We spend most of our time talking to people and checking through lists. Gowramma Layout is a nice area and we have been here for some time now. We are just regular people trying to help other regular people. We don't have a marketing team or a social media manager. We just do our work and talk to the people who walk in. The office is often quiet unless we have a lot of visitors. We don't use any special business talk. We just speak plainly about what needs to be done. It is a practical setup and we like it that way. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze in the summer when the windows are open.
