Necostrutive Estates Llp is over in Muthlyanagar, which is part of the Gokula Extension. Our office is at 458, 2Nd D Cross, on MES Road in Bangalore-560054. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but we’ve been using it for a while now. MES Road is usually packed with vehicles, but once you turn into the 2nd D Cross, it gets much quieter. We are a small team and our office is very basic. We have some old wooden desks and a couple of fans that stay on all day to beat the heat. Most of our work is about managing estates and handling the paperwork that comes with it. We don't have any big marketing budgets or a team of salespeople. We just do the work that comes our way and try to keep things moving. Gokula Extension is a nice, older part of Bangalore and we feel right at home here. Sometimes we spend the whole day just waiting for a specific document to be delivered. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we do have plenty to do. We know the local shops around Muthlyanagar well and usually get our supplies from them. It is just a regular office where a few people work together to keep the business going without making any big fuss about it.
