We are close to the Carmelaram Post office, which is the main landmark we tell people to look for. The area has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we’re used to it. We work out of a building that isn't very large. Inside, it's mostly just our desks and a small area where we have our lunch. We don’t have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Bangalore traffic, so we often stay late to let the roads clear up a bit. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes for a few minutes, and we just wait it out. It’s a very grounded way of working. We know the local guys at the shops nearby and usually get our snacks from them. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and it feels like home. There’s no polished marketing talk here, just a bunch of people trying to make things work in a growing part of the city. We keep the files organized and just focus on the next thing.
