Our company, NB REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED, is located at No 27, Shiva Krupa. We are based in T G Layout, which is part of Ittamadu in the Banashankari 3rd Stage area of Bangalore South. It’s a busy part of town, especially near the 560085 pin code zone. We handle various real estate matters from this office, mostly focused on holding and managing properties. The office itself is quite functional. We have the usual setup with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a computer that sometimes takes too long to start up in the morning. Being in Banashankari means we are close to a lot of the residential areas we deal with, which makes things easier for us. The Shiva Krupa building has been our home base for a while now. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because we are usually too busy keeping track of property documents and legal papers. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication with different people. Some days are slow and we just drink a lot of tea while sorting through records, and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We are just a regular local business trying to keep things organized in the real estate world. It’s not always exciting, but it is what we do every day from our corner of Bangalore.
