You can find our office in Yelahanka New Town, specifically in the 4th Phase at SFS 407 on the 1st A Main Road. Being an OPC, or a one-person company, means things are pretty personal here. Navisha Prabhu Construction is mostly run with a lot of hands-on attention. I spend a lot of time driving out to sites and then coming back here to handle the paperwork. Yelahanka is a growing part of Bangalore, so there is always some new project starting up nearby. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s quieter here, which I like. I don't have a big team of executives or a fancy marketing plan. I just focus on the building work that needs to get done. My desk is usually covered in drawings and notes from different sites. I try to be honest with people about how long a project will take and how much it will cost. There are always surprises in construction, like a delivery being late or a worker not showing up, but I just handle it as it comes. I don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than I am. I’m just a local builder trying to do a decent job for the people who hire me. It's a lot of work, but I prefer being my own boss and knowing exactly what is happening on every site I manage. I’ve been around this part of town for years now.
