NAVIR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LLP is based at # 538 on 3rd Main Road. We’re in the OMBR Layout area, specifically on 5th ‘A’ Cross here in Bangalore. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood, so things are always moving fast. We do construction work, mostly handling the service side of things. It’s a lot of maintenance, fixing things that broke, or helping get a new building ready. We don't have a fancy corporate office. Our space in OMBR Layout is functional and usually a bit crowded with equipment and spare parts. We spend most of our time out at the actual sites rather than sitting behind a desk. Bangalore traffic is a nightmare, so we try to plan our routes early in the morning to avoid getting stuck. We are just a local group of workers. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most people find out about us because a neighbor or a friend mentioned our name. We talk to our customers like regular people because that’s what we are. If a pipe is leaking or a wall needs fixing, we just go and do it. There’s no need to make it more complicated than it is. We’ve been at this for a while and know the streets around here quite well. We keep our tools sharp and our paperwork in order, even if the office desk looks a bit messy. It’s just us doing the daily grind.
