Natures Chicken Speciality Foods Private Limited is located out on Doddakamanahalli Main Road. We are at C-125 in the Acas Crescent Square building. We deal specifically with chicken products. Dealing with fresh meat means we have to be very careful with time and temperature. Our staff is always wearing their gear and washing up. It’s a lot of cleaning, to be honest. More cleaning than anything else sometimes. We receive shipments early when the sun is just coming up. Then we have to sort through everything and prepare it. It’s not a glamorous job. Your hands stay cold because of the refrigeration. But it’s what we do. The building is easy enough to find once you are on the main road. We’ve got a system for the orders so we don’t mix things up. Some customers want specific cuts, so we spend time on that. It requires a steady hand and a bit of patience. The paperwork in the office side of things is a necessary evil. We keep track of every batch that comes in and goes out. It’s important for safety. We are just a group of people working hard to provide what folks need for their meals. The floors are usually wet from the cleaning cycles. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. It’s a long day but the work is consistent. We just do our best to stay organized.
