Our place is on the ground floor over at 17F on 18th Cross. It’s in the 3rd Sector of HSR, well, the Bangalore South area generally. We’ve been set up here for a bit, and it’s a decent spot. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in if they have a question about a plot or a house. The 18th Cross can get a bit hectic during peak hours, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls and expensive furniture. It’s just a room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent talking to people or checking out sites nearby. We know the local layout pretty well because we live and work right here in 560102. Sometimes we’re out in the field more than we are in the office. It’s just how the property business works. You can’t really see much from behind a desk anyway. We deal with things as they come. There’s no grand plan or big corporate strategy. We just help people find what they need and try to be honest about what’s available. It’s a simple life here in the south of the city. We keep things straightforward because that’s what people around here seem to prefer. There is always a lot to do, so we just take it one day at a time.
