Our office is located at No. 307 in the LIG 4th Phase of Yelahanka New Town. It’s tucked away on the 4th Cross, and it feels very much like a part of the local neighborhood. Naturecity Promoters and Developers is run by a few of us who have lived and worked in this part of town for years. Yelahanka New Town has its own pace, a bit different from the center of Bangalore, and we like that. The office is a modest space where we spend most of our time talking to people about land and homes. There are maps pinned to the walls and stacks of documents on every available surface. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy talk or corporate jargon. We just tell people how things are and what needs to happen to get a project moving. Building and developing land is a lot of hard work, and there are always surprises along the way. We’ve seen the rain wash out roads and the sun bake the ground hard, and we just work around it. Our team is small and we don't have any big titles or formalities. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sharing a snack or arguing over a site plan. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’re glad to be doing it here in Yelahanka.
