We’ve set up Napp Infra Private Limited at No. 4/1, Sri Hari Complex, 15Th Cross, Ullal Mainroad,Muneshwaranagar, Jnana Bharathi. It’s a good spot with plenty of local activity. We handle different types of infrastructure projects. Our office is pretty simple, just some desks and a lot of project files. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different crews and making sure they have what they need. Traffic on Ullal Mainroad can be a bit much in the evenings, but it’s part of the job. We aren’t a corporate giant with a thousand employees. We’re just a local team trying to build things right. Some days are just meetings and some are spent troubleshooting on a site where things aren't going as planned. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just want to finish the work we started and make sure it’s solid. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving, and we have our fair share of long days. We use everyday English and don't try to sound more important than we are. People come to us when they need infra work done without a lot of hassle. We know the area well and that makes a difference in how we handle the local logistics. It isn't always pretty, but seeing the infrastructure finished is what matters.
