We are over in Ramachandrapura, specifically at Krishna North Villas, No.11, near the Jalahalli Post. Nan Constructions And Services Llp is what we call our small operation. Being in Phase 1 of this area means we are close to a lot of the newer developments. We do a mix of construction and general services. Some days we are renovating a kitchen, and other days we are looking at a whole new plot of land. It’s just how it goes for a small business like ours. We don’t have a fancy corporate structure. It’s mostly just us and a few regular workers we trust. We’ve learned that the most important thing is showing up when you say you will, though Bangalore traffic sometimes has other plans. We try to be honest about what can be done and how much it will cost. There are always surprises when you start tearing down a wall or digging a hole, but we handle them as they come. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that stay up. It’s a practical job for practical people. We’ve lived in this part of the city for a long time, so we know the local suppliers and the quirks of the land here. It’s just us doing our bit to help people get their buildings sorted out properly.
