Our bakery is located right in Narayan Nagar, specifically at No.68 on the 3rd Cross. It's part of the Doddakallasandra area near Kanakapura Main Road. If you are driving down that way, you probably know the traffic can be a real headache sometimes. We spend most of our mornings dealing with flour and ovens. The smell of baking bread usually fills up the 1st Stage neighborhood before most people are even awake. It is a lot of hard work, honestly. We aren't a big chain with shiny floors. We have our old counters and the same regulars who stop by for their daily bread or a few biscuits. Sometimes the oven acts up or we run out of something popular, and we just have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s just a handful of us working here. We focus on getting the dough right and making sure things are fresh. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just open the shutters, put out the trays, and hope the day goes smoothly. The shop isn't very large, so it gets cramped when more than three people are inside. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now and we like the local feel of the street. It’s just a plain old bakery doing what it does every day. It’s just how things go for us.
