Nabs Villas Private Limited

Nabs Villas is over on Ulsoor Main Road, specifically in the Salarpuria Windsor building on 4th Main. It's a well-known spot around here, which makes it easy to give directions. We’ve got a space in there where we handle all the villa-related stuff we're working on. Ulsoor is one of those parts of Bangalore that still has a bit of the old charm, even with all the new construction going on. We see the lake nearby when we're heading home, which is a nice break from the office walls. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around laptops or looking at plans. We don't have many fancy decorations. It's a practical setup. There’s usually a lot of back-and-forth communication going on between the team members. Some days it’s hectic, and other days it’s just the sound of typing and the fan overhead. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our job well and go home at a decent hour. The commute can be a bit of a drag depending on which way you're coming from, but once you're inside, it’s a good environment. We have our routine, our favorite tea stall nearby, and a solid workflow. It’s just a group of people trying to build something decent in a city that’s always changing. We like being in this neighborhood; it feels central to everything we need and we just keep it simple.
