MYPAD PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the 4th Block of Koramangala. Our office is on the second floor of No.132 on the 15th Main Road. Koramangala is always bustling with activity, which makes it an interesting place to work. There are plenty of cafes and other businesses around us. We spend most of our time dealing with property listings and helping people figure out where they want to live or invest. The office itself is quite simple. We have some desks, a couple of old laptops, and a shelf full of property documents that we really should organize better. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We’re just a small group of people who know the Bangalore real estate market. Some days are spent entirely on the road, looking at different apartments or plots, while other days we are stuck at our desks doing data entry. The traffic on 15th Main can be a nightmare sometimes, especially in the evenings, but that’s just life in Bangalore. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. We like the energy of the 4th Block and the people we meet here. If you need to find us, look for the building near the corner. We are usually in by ten and stay until the work is finished for the day.
