Munchit Midnight Eats Private Limited

Our spot, Munchit Midnight Eats Private Limited, is located at #319 on the 11th Cross, right off the 80ft Road in MPM Layout, Balagangadharanagar. Being in the midnight food business means our schedule is the opposite of most people in Bangalore. We usually start our "morning" late in the afternoon, prepping ingredients while the rest of the city is finishing work. The kitchen gets really busy once the sun goes down. It’s a bit of a different world working when it’s dark outside. We hear the late-night bikes and the occasional stray dog, but mostly it’s just the sound of the pans and the extraction fan. The space isn't huge, but we’ve mapped it out so we don't trip over each other during the rush. We have a small crew that doesn't mind the odd hours. We don't have fancy decorations because, honestly, most of our customers never see the inside of our kitchen. We just focus on getting the food out hot to people who are hungry late at night. Sometimes the delivery drivers get lost in the layout, so we spend a bit of time giving directions over the phone. It’s a lot of late nights and early mornings for us. We’ve had some issues with the old wiring in this building, but we’ve patched it up. It’s just us doing our thing in 560056, trying to keep things running while the city sleeps. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake.
